Hi, I’m Irina Savina, a Toronto-based real estate professional with over 15 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Greater Toronto Area’s ever-changing real estate market.

My journey in real estate began in 2010, specializing in new home construction and pre-construction developments. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of Ontario’s most recognized homebuilders, gaining valuable firsthand experience in everything from floor plans and construction processes to builder contracts, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in the sale of over 1,300 homes, representing nearly $1 billion in real estate transactions.

But for me, real estate has never been just about numbers. It’s about people, their goals, and helping them make decisions they can feel confident about.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and a proud mom. Family is an important part of my life, and it’s one of the reasons I understand how much the right home can mean.
